That seems like a very tricky area to avoid crossing the IRC since I would personally benefit from the insurance if it's paid for my the IRA and seems like a very dark gray area if I am paying for umbrella coverage that is protecting me personally from lawsuits arising from RE in an IRA.

I'm actually concerned the house was not winterized as I never saw any smoke coming from the vents.Anyhow, as I had mentioned, I saw the foreclosure noticed posted.

Maybe she's supplying the stuff their smoking on Capitol Hill, it would certainly explain a lot.

Hi @Yuriy Skripnichenko,  It has always been mine and my partners rule to leave instructions for anything mechanical we provide, such as smoke detectors, microwave, etc., in the units for the tenants.

The carpet is pass its expected life span and the smoking hasn’t helped. 

I'm sure you're right, I don't think a picture of someone smoking crack would be enough to prosecute someone. 

The builders took up additional loans exceeding market value of would-be property, while keeping me in total dark.
