In my opinion, having bird dogs is a MAJOR advantage to an investor.Alex, I was looking at it from a wholesalers perspective.

The trade offs for getting in your first property are well worth losing the free rent with mom and dad in my opinion.

There are a lot of different opinions on if it is even a buyer's market or seller's market.
