Hey guys, As some of you already know I introduced myself to a lot of you and started reading and following your content about 2 weeks ago.

Which is why I started that very long post with suggesting you think about your goals and set some criteria that will help you achieve those goals.I would say that it seems MOST content I've read suggests having at least $100 - $200 in cash flow per door, after paying the mortgage, management and all other expenses.

I've recently put together a website for this and would appreciate any feedback on the content or flow!

The condo unit owner insures their contents and the parts of the building assigned to their unit by the bylaws.  

Look in the table of contents for words like amendments, termination.   

I love that you are coming out with content that tackles specific parts of the multifamily process. 

I have, however, a somewhat close relationship with the landlord I've rented from for the 8 years previous to buying my house, so somewhat familiar with the in's and out's and frustrations of rental properties.I'm just getting my toes wet and listening to YouTube videos, podcasts, reading content on the site, etc.
