In Nebraska if the confidential statement isnt attached to the deed at recording NO recording till it is.. price of each parcel of property better be filled in and accurate or they take your first born,,or your life,,,whichever comes first!!

@Jim Witten, I don't see any penalty for a breach of confidentiality in your agreement.

I wasn't 100% sure but now that you said it was pending and fell through, I'm confident I have the right house.

My issue is that the seller's agent is refusing to have them complete the estoppel or provide the rent roll, saying the tenant names are confidential information and no investor would disclose them to a potential buyer until the day of closing.
