Any references for good property manager to speak with in Cape coral FL area

I used "z flashing" and painted it the same color as the siding, no horizontal trim.

It's the words "DEBT FREE" with a bunch of lines through it, and you color in a line each time you hit a certain milestone.

Prices are cheaper than Cape Coral area so maybe its a better place for me to focus on and build up my cash reserves.

I personally have a small printed letter with a professional look to it, I handwrite the owner's name, address, and signature and mail them in a colorful envelope.Whatever you choose to do, as it's been said many times; be consistent and persistent.

The LVP is a different color than the carpet, so now I'm in the process of re-painting the inside of the house to match the new flooring.

Last floor we did very recently our two local Home Depot stores just had two boxes of the color we were using between them.
