-Used 19 gallons of paint due to an extra coat being needed as we were going from a darker color to lighter in on area

So many choices I need some input.I want to do something orange or copper in color and canopy style or metal.

I have better luck with post cards with bright colors, easy to see phone numbers and that specifically name the property you are interested in.

@Patricia Aragon Oyster gray is a great grout color.

You could possibly do that by having content that is similar to theirs in a way, maybe not gaming, but similar in regards to the graphics, colors, animations you use, etc.

You can easily determine neighborhoods by the tyical price point and for you as an OOS investor it does not matter so much whoch side of town you are on.People tend to have rose colored glasses when it comes to neighborhoods.

Well the excel file layout and color coding didn't come through. 

I have this in front of my attorney for review, but I am looking for some additional color on the situation from those that are in the know on this process....

Like @Bill Brandt said, try the color match markers on it.

It's exactly the same now for function and just has updated colors and styles.
