My family had moved to Houston, where the #1 pediatric cardiology center is- so we moved to Houston.

Once you run the numbers it becomes a lot easier to just load it all into a truck and take it to donate or to the recycling center/dump.

Howe High School is a nearby magnet school, there is an elementary school there and the community association meets at the community center at the park.I am happy with this purchase.
