If so, I am having trouble deciding on whether to create an LLC in Maryland (where the properties are) or Wyoming (cause of the know benefits).

My guess is that by itself this strategy would not cause an LLC to be pierced but it would certainly contribute to it.

This has caused at least 3 major problems: 1) the market is now oversaturated with Airbnbs, 2) rental rates have come down bc of so much competition, 3) there's a dire shortage of workers available to service the huge increase in the # of Airbnbs.Wait times are often a month or longer for service providers.

Long story short it cost me a deal plus more money (Besides the sign up fee (5k not 4k) plus the monthly cost of 160 to 180 for the "subscription" as well as the EM, Termite reports etc. and not only caused issue with the seller and their realtor but mine as well.

The only thing out of state I would consider is PA cause it's still on the up and you can potentially hold and rent anything that doesn't sell for a decent rate where the rules/laws are better.

It can come at the very end so that you're not wasting your time (and theirs), but the kind of long term damage that a bad tenant will cause to a property is not something that they can quickly and easily hide so you want to get eyes on how they are currently living.The age of the house has nothing to do with section 8.
