Some people, specifically salespeople, need to project an image of material success to make sales, and a car is part of that.

You also want to cary liability coverage on each property as well. 

Whatever he wants to display inside his unit or on his car is certainly within his rights. 

I do not understand the DMV is for registering your car, is it now a requirement to register your house there?
