One of the most common complaints I see on reviews is how the area, location, or house did not look like they thought it would or was promised.

You could post photos of a similar asethetic, but be very careful and make it very clear these are placeholder photos.

As best as I can tell on both sites, the algorithm looks something like this:Cheapest price>least restrictions (cancellation, # of days minimum, etc)>Premier/Super host>Review Scores>Most discounts (weekly, last minute, etc)>Regular revisions

However, be careful about seasoning periods on the new loans.
