Still have to build stairs to top, install roof, plaster/paint inside outside, run electric, tile floors, build/install cabinets and doors, build porches, order and install windows.

HelloOver saturated STR in Ohio markets have caused many STR to drastically lower costs to as low as  $100 for entire bedroom home.My are higher and I'm not competitive with the lower cost Abnbs.I also feel hotel industry are mass building new hotels to compete with str. 

I have refinanced (rarely mind you as there are costs that take years to recoup on a refi) and am happy to see equity build as the mortgage shrinks.
