It's driving blind without that.Good appraisers today, that somehow continue to work in that terrible environment of wink wink, we'll all pretend it's ok until FNMA gets off it's *** and changes stuff, pretty much fill in the blanks with their best guesses, and when it comes time to place the final value on the property, use their best judgement.
