I just see that putting in the finders fee as leading the wanna be BP audience who is full of no money how do I make money in this business with non of my own  into thinking this is much easier than it really is.. as you know deal flow in the note business is key and you have legions of folks all looking for that cream puff seller carry note :)Anyway once I realized she works for or with Eddie Speed I understand the reason and tone of the post.. had I clicked on her website first I would never even have commented on the thread.
Michaela G. Tenants not informing of problem
30 March 2014 | 12 replies
Not the same property. But I think because my rents are much lower than the market, tenants don't want to bother me with 'small' things and don't realize that they turn into big things, even though I've had these discussions with them. These are in a low income neighborhood, so I don't ever get the 'cream of the crop' of potential tenants and if I were to wait for those, I'd have empty units, vandalized and stripped of everything. So, it's not because they're really trying to pull one over on me, but because we're on good terms and they know they're getting a good deal and they don't want to make it difficult for me by calling to get something fixed.

Matt Grubb Is AirDna worth $500/month for analyzing STR?
24 January 2020 | 25 replies
100% I used it to compile data of over 140+ zipcodes with positive ROI’s and am currently expanding into an area based on the numbers that is absolutely bananas for airbnbs, would have never found the area without it.I also did my own manual research of the area after looking at airdnas numbers to confirm it, it would be wise to always do your own manual research on top of the airdna numbers to confirm there is no statistical errors.
