What is your background with respect to real estate, finance, investing, etc and what is the help you feel you need?

The industry, in general, is somewhat dominated by males, but there are definitely some awesome women real estate investors here in Chicago.  

In recent years, the Millennial generation has emerged as a dominant force in the housing market, exerting a significant influence on trends, preferences, and the overall trajectory of the real estate industry.

This process typically involves assessing factors such as credit history, rental payment history, income verification, and background checks.

This is not specific legal advice, just my opinion based on estate planning/asset protection background.  

Background: I have one flip under my belt and when I started, I promised myself I wouldn’t just plateau, I’d go bigger with each project.

A little background info about myself, I currently work outside the U.S. for 9-10 months out of the year and live in California.  

They can have vastly different backgrounds, religions, political ideologies etc and still have the same level of degree.
