So it really depends on the knowledge of your seller and of course in the urban core and low value assets many times your dealing with very unsophisticated sellers that a wholesaler can twist up tie up and totally abuse to the wholesalers benefit.

LOL.. its amateur however on steroids... this is why most sellers really need to be represented by GOOD RE agents.. not wanna bee wholesaler investors with only guru or bp wholesaling knowledge behind them. may not be an issue to the seller who is getting abused ..
