Am I just putting the cart before the horse or am I on the right track with trying to build a plan for success early?

You have the cart all packed up with stuff, but no horses.

Is it a $8,000 mobile home or a $1.4 Million Horse Farm etc.

We are looking at 24 acres of land to buy for our horse farm.

Hi @Phillip DixonI also meant to add, as a lawyer, I'd say that setting up an LLC is putting the cart before the horse.

@Leta Eydelberg, not to beat a dead horse here but like others have said it's also too late in the day to be asking for 1031 rules interpretations once you've chosen an intermediary and started a 1031. 

You're putting the cart before the horse. 

I had an easy time quitting (I was self-employed so self-insured anyway), but  a much harder time convincing myself to just enjoy my income -- it took me two years to convince myself I could afford to buy a horse.

Don't look a gift horse in the mouth or this offer might end up like the previous one!
