I've tried all of those, with the exception of Deal Machine, and unless I'm evaluating them unfairly, none meet 100% what I would want in a platform. 

You should definitely call the platform before she does, because whoever calls first is the one who they side with.

Those tenants haven't been any more problematic than tenants from any other platform. 

BiggerPockets is the best platform out there to build a team, stay informed, and like you said, soak up all info like a sponge.

Is anybody tried to work with biggerpockets registered lenders  Is this lender's platform more reputable?
