Another great way to promote your local area is to post about events that showcase the liveliness and culture of your area.Congratulate new homeowners without mentioning full names; you can show that you care by posting a photo of the keys (or something subtle) and congratulating the new homeowners.

This increases the amount of culture.

It's not unusual for a company to want a new employee to buy into their "culture".  

It's a great town with a ton of culture. 

Once you become immersed in this culture, the help and mentorship that you are seeking will be easy to find!

The home values continue to rise but slowly the evidence of the culture and people that made the community are long gone.
