I'm familiar with that virtual world concept from them showing me their game, so it took me a bit to wrap my head around a professional use of the same type interface, but the more I think about it the more downright brilliant it is.

In terms of Dion's point about NPV not losing utility for large or small projects, it's worth pointing out that I used to work for a very well known tech company that pretty much relied solely on NPV calculations to make all product decisions -- from launching a new subsidiary to deciding whether to add a new button to the user interface.

I would check our cozy.co there’s no fee for the same thing- it takes the same amount of time to process, but the interface is way slicker and I just trust them more!

Perhaps it was because I didn't pay the annual subscription fee (I actually paid 8% per transaction--much higher than Airbnb's 3%), so my listing was buried (and in my opinion, VRBO is saturated, plus their interface was ugly when I was using it - I don't know what it looks like now, and changing pricing was a struggle).

I found that the Cu was a very thin gage & it was because of a couple of galv interfaces they left attached to the lines.
