Hi,I just moved to SF from the east bay.

I’m newly getting into wholesaling In the east bay and wanted to know what areas in the east bay are good for finding properties ?

Can anyone recommend a great insurance broker in Tampa Bay area who specializes in investment property?

I use to live in Sac and travel back and forth to Bay Area quite a bit/have been able to connect/meet with folks like you who'd like to invest in Cincy.

However, would it be much more lucrative to do STR with dynamic pricing based on Bay Area events and UC Berkeley activities?

You get that anywhere. ....I own rentals here in the Bay Area also.

Seems like most here in the East Bay are geared toward SFR's and not investors.

Originally, I am a native of Long Island, New York, but I also call Florida home as I live in the Tampa Bay area as well. 

Im not playing in SW WI, but i do in Northern WI, you really need to know your market and numbers, compas are tougher to understand, but I do well im my markets, the majority of my portfolio is either rural, or in towns below 15K people. if you have a good team and a PM that operates at a high level, those markets can be gold, but its not for everyone, its not easy, but generally there is little competition and high demand@Michael B. population of 70K is quite big in most of WI other than Milwaukee, Green Bay, Madison and Appleton, there are not many cities north of 50K populations.
