Many people have majority opinions on companies, people, restaurants, football teams...

You will hear the term Sponsor used interchangeably with Key Principal or Syndicator... but basically think of the Sponsor as the quarterback of a football team that calls plays and is in charge of scoring points on the field (ie. getting returns for investors), performing active duties and not necessarily an investor per se. 

The property is located in a college town where I hope to rent on football game weekends (and use for my family once in a while). 

My examples include: - Texas Tech Alumni Advisory Board- NYC, Midland, Cincinnati, DFW friends- college friends- advertising industry friends (I used to work in this industry) - Flag football friends- softball friends- Board of Junior Achievement friends- etc...You get the picture.

This is a great area to house hack considering Desoto is killing it at football right now.

If you are a weakling and would have trouble moving furniture and appliances (especially up stairs), a good source of labor is a football team.
