I am also not commuting to a job so while my son is in school during the day I would be cleaning and turning over the apartment for STR.At any rate, it will partly depend on whether the STR regulations in that area would even allow for this arrangement in an apartment or condo, but I just cannot quite see, at least for this potential property, adding a flip or rehab project to the mix.

You may have to pay a couple hundred $$, but it's well worth it..Bear in mind that an hour walk-though may or may not uncover everything that will be on the final Scope Of Work....so add 20% to the number that you get from the GC.You will need to do this quite a few times before you will be able to do it yourself, someone said you can after just one time, but that would be wrong.

The floor has quite a few issues (high points, low points, pitting, flaking over an 8 sq ft area where there was a plumbing leak that they caused, and many sections are still wet even after a week).
