Do you want that seller that just accepted your offer (in the future) to entertain other higher offers just because they don't feel like you were really the best fit to buy their property?

Do you plan to entertain a lot?

I think this scenario only works because of the short timeline -- but the last thing you want is him asking for more time come May.If he is highly likely to regain employment do you think he would be wiling to entertain signing another one year lease?

Hi Everyone, Before I introduce myself: a big thanks to BiggerPockets and the podcast, it has been a great source of real helpful information as well as entertainment, it has turned up the voltage on my dimmed real estate lightbulb of the last few years. 

If you haven't already start listening to the podcasts they are educational, motivational and entertaining all at the same time. 

I know of friends whom tried to contact the owner a few years ago to purchase the place but they decline to entertain the idea.  

It really is quite amazing and keeps the game entertaining.
