Is there a lot of time spent on rehashing the basics of BRRRR outlined in David's book and discussed regularly on the podcast?

For example when I first started I had the similar thought to David, in which I thought that the Final Judgement amount (the amount owed on the property) was the top deciding factor in what a property would likely sell for.
