There will certainly be a lot of businesses suffering, retail especially and also restaurant tenants will likely be defaulting on their lease agreements in large numbers soon, etc. but I believe the few people who own most of the CRE in this town have pockets that are deep enough to ride out the short term effects of the Coronavirus, and strong demand will return in that space immediately after this is over.

@Noah Gregory we completed a rehab at the end of February for one of our duplexes in Kansas City, MO and had our PM team begin listing/showing right when the Coronavirus situation got real.

Due to corona Virus I cant get into the property.

They are bailing out and losing whatever they did and men are getting stuck with many leases  2nd and other waves of coronavirus will be coming and will be back into the muck.

Coronavirus has screwed up my cash out refi so I'm left scrambling trying to find some funding to get my deal off the ground.

With Coronavirus happening many people across the world have re-evaluated money versus time.

Everyone has an opinion on what is happening with the real estate market, but we literally have no idea how the coronavirus will play out over the next three months.

The corona virus really stirred things up so being patient is important.
