And while it might not be attractive to all real estate investors, I believe it can be a fantastic way to start to build experience, build profit/cash flow and establish yourself as a STR professional in your market and then use that to build a co-hosting/management business and work with investors that want to you use their knowledge and expertise to partner on projects.Point is, don't believe everything everyone says about what is "bad" and what is "good".

With that said, in my state (CO), you have 30 days if not specified in the Lease (which can instead state 60 days) from the end of the Lease to return the security deposit.

My problem is that the co-owner, spouse, is on the deed too, and I cannot locate her.

She is saying that she will be the co-signer.

One of the questions on the URLA is "Are you a co-signor or guarantor on any debt that is not disclosed on this application?"

In addition, I don't want the mgmt co. to see my leases, as I don't think they have that right or need.
