Hey Darius, I am a loan officer in CO but I am licensed in Colorado, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Kansas, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Wyoming.

Now all hope is not lost, what you could do is bring on a co-gp in the US to partner with where you bring the money and some analyst experience and they bring the other piece of the puzzle that you are missing.

I don’t know but would love to hear some feedback, everybody’s market is unique , I’m in Colorado…unless you make a big undermarket buy when you  refi (possible but not easy in this  market )  how else can you tap into equity , scale up and cashflow ?

Our local rental portal (Co Springs) for the MLS is awful, but has a few good comps on there.
