I like letters handwritten on the outside.Many of my family members have has been in the postal service for years.Postcards are cheaper and easier to do BUT they also look like junk mail and the carriers insert them into junk circulars even when you paid postage.The result is many throw them in the trash without ever seeing them.So I have never been a postcard fan.

As well, call some independent agents that represent multiple carriers and see who's got the best rate for about 100K of coverage with at least 300K of liability.On taxes, appeal it; you just paid 50K, not worth 101K; get low comps supporting your position.

You can look for a local agent on their web site, who will probably be an independent.Otherwise, yes, use an independent agent that represents numerous carriers.

I think my loan agreement says they can evaluate and adjust the escrow portion of my payment once a year, but they must provide a detailed statement showing why the change is necessary.However, the one thing that WILL pi$$ me off is if they try to pull what Bryan said and pay for one of their loser flunky insurance policies because they lost my carrier's info.

Couple of observations.You probably need to check with your satellite TV carrier and ISP if it's a violation of terms of services to do what you are planning - using 1 dish and 4 receivers and running a modem into a laundry room.
