It takes over ten business days for a payment to be credited to the account.

This means you will need to schedule your payment 2 or 3 business days before the 1st.

I also require no consecutive days off(business days). 

The major drawback though is it takes about 5 business days to receive the rent but on my loans I have a 15 day grace period so it always gets in before any late fees.
