But after discussion and browsing in Bigger Pockets, I find myself more familiar with the field.

It's worth browsing just to see what you can and can't do, like TC-21-16 - Single Family Dwellings in Mobile Home Districts.

@Ashton Levarek okay that seems simple enough, I'll keep this in mind when browsing markets.

Simply browsing listings and making lowball offers isn't sufficient for finding a deal here in my experience. 

I was browsing though the App Store for real estate games.

But, it is good to browse it every so often to be sure your cabin photos haven't been stolen and used for fake listings.

First off great site iv learned a lot just browsing the last few days.Im a 19 year old kid who dropped out of college and opened a business.

So I was checking out Rosie's investment club site, as I was browsing there was the following statement made, and I was wondering if someone could dummy it up for me and explain the terms:We are paying 10-12% TD position.
