Hello, I currently own a single family house with an ADU, and a duplex. I have house hacked both properties while updating them. I’ve done my research with (reading books, podcasts, etc) but still feel like I’m not do...

So I began frantically looking for a new lender.

These rural areas don't attract a lot of new investment from the bigger guys so not a ton of competition.

Meaning you can add another unit to your existing structure and 2 more units on the new subdivided lot.

You will need a new roof and new siding for the exterior. 

However, this would require you to move into the property and would need to qualify for a new mortgage. 

I am new to the world of real estate investing and want to one day own properties and rent units out.

we have had record year last two years in the following.1. new construction2. flipping in the sub 250k range in secondary cities3. land flipping 4. land development for sfr and flip to national builders.No slowing down in 25.what we dont do or did do was rentals.. everything but.
