I do have a diagnosis from AC company who did the repair and the potential cause of the failure was not changing filters.

Besides a realtor friend of bird dog etc is there a pid service I can use.

Why would someone look for a deal for only a $1,000 bird dog fee?

LOL @Jay Hinrichs "sounds like the clothing optional places" was exactly what I was thinking.No kids/pets isn't my cup of tea personally (I could field my own soccer team and my bird dog is my BFF, LOL), but I can totally see the attraction.

Additionally, I will be back in Chatt this week and the next viewing properties, I’d like to hire a contractor to accompany if possible. 

We left the first loan alone and did a second mortgage (10 year fixed, 25 year am) instead of a full refi so that we could keep the attractive rate that accompanied the loan in November 2021. 

Of course, all I wanted was to someone to accompany me down there so  I can sneakily pick up my keys.
