These are not the guys I hand off to acquaintances who ask for recos, because while I can get good work out of them, I'm not sure if other employers would be so hands on -- and a hands off employer might not get the same good results.I guess saving money by acting as my own GC means doing some of the things a GC does. 

Today the seller contacted me Asking if I would be interested in possibly partnering with her and splitting the profit ,she's even willing to possibly contribute bring money to the table to work out the deal.

As a complete aside, here's a few other snippets about me: my cat, Bucket, is an 8 yr old Cornish Rex and thinks he's a human toddlerI've been married to my AMAZING husband for 4 yearsI enjoy reading & knittingI try to work out a few times a week (but my husband is the major athlete in the family with marathons, triathlons, etc.)I SOO appreciate Bigger Pockets and all of you members! 

How did this work out for you.

Simple, was for school, didn't work out so paid it back.

My only constraint is I work out of towns on Tuesdays and often struggle to get back to OKC by 7pm.

Tells me a lot of work out there for mid to lower income categories which is great

It will be great if the numbers all work out and I can acquire the property but I know at the very least it will be a great learning experience.

I've got some free time in the summers so that could probably work out, I'll be sure to look for that kind of opportunity.
