I spoke to a young women who said she knew him since she was a young girl and that he did not own the home she lived in but she knew him he was a family friend and still came around the neighborhood often to visit old neighbors & could pass along my contact info.

Also, its illegal but who cares only rent to single women or old women. f you are nervous go with the easiest person who will do the least amount of damage.

You may want to check out the RICH club, they have a monthly meeting just for women and seasoned investors share their experiences with those who are beginners and it's a no pressure environment.
