If you served you can go into the VA.gov site and look for your COE and/or apply. 

On the site, the "Learn" link across the top navigation bar has lots of great info, and so do the forums.

Yes, management is more intensive, and 50 units is nearing the size of facility that having a small on-site manager could be a benefit for oversight, management and leasing.

This site is the primary website that travel nurses use to find MTR's.  

If you look through many of the threads on this site you will see a great deal reviews showing full experiences that encountered obstacles, but more importantly, how we stayed involved to resolve the issue when those issues came up. 

You can't even look at a foreclosure so you don't want to buy your first investment site unseen.
