In one of the pod cast I think it was someone mentioned about posting a business plan to the forum for OP to help tweaking it.

When you figure it out... make that one the A, tweak it a little and make that the B... rinse and repeat.Don't sweat the crazy's and the "take me off your list" calls.

We recently tweaked our marketing to target more expensive properties that offer larger profit margins to flip.  

At the end of the day, the contractor is going to fix the 2-3k worth of tweaks in order to get that last 10k or 20k of payment.

Thanks for the replies James, Will and Steve.As regards forum posts - I like the "monitoring option" and tweaking the email settings.Seems not much can be done with bookmarking individual blog posts as Steve mentioned.

But being persistent and consistent, tweaking as you go is the key.

Make sure you ask them for candid feedback so you can "tweak" the presentation if needed.

I encourage people to follow the 80/20 rule: spend 80% of your time in those activities that will get you a deal and 20% of your time geeking and tweaking until you have a deal to work.
