Adam Adams recorded a video how to set it up long ago and it was a great blueprint to follow

For example, after dealing with the hot tub myself for a bit I created a couple training videos for the cleaner, such as how to empty the hot tub with a sump pump, refill, etc.

Have you seen Rob Abasolo's (aka Robuilt's) videos about this topic on YouTube?

The later fee was for a PM to meet the court officer, remove the tenant, write a report on the condition of each unit along with pictures and a video.

I have been BRRRR-ing properties in Milwaukee for over a decade and my team has always said I should make a video about how we do BRRRR's, but the topic does not really fit my YouTube channel (which is more for a residential audience). 

If you buy OOS I highly recommend having an unbiased party (not your agent or anyone trying to sell you something) maybe an experienced investor doing a very detailed video tour of the house and paying them something like $100 or so before you submit an offer - I wish I had done this.
