I have house hacked in various fashion multiple times over the years.

I've been on the  repairs side for a few years now and I'm ready to get in the game all the way.Hoping to learn and connect with others who are in the same field and could help out in any fashion.

Okay, so the fail, what's the risk of their failure surfacing for review by others who know better?

Got nowhere....I've asked my agent to find out if the list agent can get something from the bank since the engineering company and the consultant company spoke of the bank as a source that may have this report, or, grant to them releasing a copy to me.At the time the county did inspect and sign off on the permitted work.There is a local company here called Ram Jack that does foundation above surface evaluations and repairs.

Why would the sell an income producing asset in such a quick cheap fashion? 

On the surface, it seems like an excellent way for our own rent money to build equity in the property over time, and then provide us a nice passive income for many years as well.Any help is much appreciated.
