If I started a store, what kind of store?

We have been eating with paper plates and cups since September 1st, and since we can't store anything in the kitchen, our dining room has become a storage area with plastic shelves, boxes and a china cabinet that acts as a pantry. 

Whatever style and bed bath count is the most popular in your area, within commute distance of central area, having a good grocery store nearby helps your value.

We have a Sears scratch and dent store that has good prices.Fridges you can probably get good clean inexpensive ones on Craig's list or Facebook market place.

They are not buying these at big box stores and paying retail prices.

I thought the listing agent info is always at the bottom of the Zillow ad, like milk in the back of the store.

I expect a broken door here or there, the occasional dent, maybe the occasional weird instance of someone causing damage by storing something weird.

In addition, for every repair and purchase of supplies (such as water heater), I always ask for scan copy of receipts, so at least you know he brought a water heater from a legit store. 

In fact, the properties on either side of the house are commercial - one a house that was converted to a nursery school some years ago, and on the other side, a former gas station that is now major wireless carrier's cell phone store. 

One option is to purchase a new fridge for the tenant (I buy mine at the Sears scratch and dent store because they're often 50%-60% of the price of a new, undamaged fridge).
