The only issue we have run into is the prices and bidding wars.Every single home we have looked at for personal use or an investment seems to have 5+ offers and go MUCH over asking.We are currently looking at Bay Park / Clairemont / Carlsbad / Oceanside.

I don’t think you’re getting $2k worth of benefit, much less $16k every single year.

You might be shocked by the amount of toilet paper some people use for their "functions" and some of the fancier stuff does not disintegrate as easily.Personally, I cannot remember a single place I've ever stayed in my life - STR, hotel, whatever - that I can remember liking or disliking the toilet paper.

I bought my first single family LTR earlier this year as a buy & hold, now starting to explore next steps.

In your opinion, what is the most effective way to establish an LLC? Should each property be allocated its own LLC, or should one LLC contain all properties? Please share your thoughts.. Thank you for sharing :)
