I have one investment property that I own outright,  and enough cash to buy another property outright when the real estate market tanks, my feeling is , a lot of the people singing the song of leveraging debt are going to be in bad shape.

I will SING THEIR PRAISES.And I'm incentivized to do so.A lot of people here won't tell you that, but I'm saying the quiet part out loud here. 

They can't get the building, but they can get your portion of the membership in an LLC singed over to them.

All my lease contracts that were done by the management company representing me, were singed on my behalf.

I expect I'll be on BP for the rest of my investing career, and have been perpetually singed in since finding it- there's so much to learn.
