You nailed it, very glad I refi'd when I did.The target market for this property is focused on high-income individuals and families who work in the Silicon Beach area, particularly at major tech companies such as Google, Facebook, Snap, Apple, Time Warner, Tencent, and others.

Most of these are NOT the Silicon Valley YUPPIES on a fast track - - they're in there own 'space'.

RDU = east coast Silicon Valley.

Silicon valley is in process of relocation, along with countless other CA based operations for this exact fact.
