you are welcome -- this particular company that offered the 2 hour "dinner" workshop (cold sandwich, bag of chips, apple and soda), had everything under one umbrella, buy and hold houses, you can get your LLC under this umbrella, learn about trading stocks, all for $30K -- they will come to your state and help you find deals  -- not one bit of it is true!

The other area is Greek town ($80K-$125K properties) where there have been a number of rehabs that didn't sell, so I like to utilize lease option sandwiches in this area.
