Refrigerator too small, paint color too dull, well those I wouldn't "fix".If the inspection include other stuff, like molds, or lead in water, asbestos in textured ceiling, radon gas etc...I would be really concerned.

Property is winterized.In addition to missing sheetrock, the ductwork is covered with plastic and cabinets, refrigerator, stove, and any openings are outlined with painters tape.

We also tend to buy the same family of units across our properties - as we do with refrigerators and ranges - which lowers our maintenance costs and gives us better purchasing terms.You would need to run the numbers in your area; determine if installation of en-suite laundry is feasible; and look at the soft side - i.e. will it be a significant differentiator or is en-suite laundry required in a given neighbourhood to be competitive.
