I felt like checking a little bit more so I ran a proper background check on her and was shocked to find that she has multiple felonies including jail time.

Poor communicators, poor housekeeping skills, prescription med abuse, big dogs that they couldn't properly care for, damaging, etc.

@Kaaren Hall after seeing your post i called them right away, their fees are extremely high for an HSA that for the most part most people don't have a lot of money in.I max my HSA every year, but if you have a self only plan you can only put about 4k /yr  and if you have some medical bills it's less.they are also very restrictive on taking money out, and no CC to pay the doctor. prior to speaking with them I was extremely excited to see this opportunity you suggested,  but after my conversation I'm no longer...I will look for other options now that I see there may be some, so thanks so much for bringing it up.

Look up local investors on social media and follow them and comment and like their posts so they get used to seeing your name.

I disagree with Best Properties ( post above )as I have given Matt Scott money and I can always get him on the phone if I need to.

I'm not sure if BP allows me to post my email but it is  (...I'm scarred from Airbnb link blocking...andddd BP does not allow it haha). 

Pay attention to 99% of the posts on Bigger Pockets, most folks here have very little money.

Lots of posts on different companies so be sure to check out what people have said about vendors you are considering doing business with.
