The exception on that which I see would be if we're talking about a property where its notoriously tough to get rent paid, although I'd think that's an extreme example but say if its a dumpy property that the owner refuses to improve at all, in a bad area and whatever else, if we're spending huge amounts of time trying to track down the tenants and are having trouble getting paid, that's not really fair to us either if we get paid zero for all that work.
