Am I misunderstanding what fha is?

I may be mis-understanding cause @Wayne Brooks is hardly ever wrong.  

While it doesn't happen often for RCG, we did pay the fines and penalties for one customer because of a misunderstanding of a state law that ran around $27,000 as part of a negotiated settlement with state regulators.

So, I have some questions.Even though he is a relative, I want to use a "standard" contract for our arrangement, that has stark clarity, so that there will not be any gray areas or misunderstandings.

I would love it if you guys/gals could look over it and tell me what I'm missing, what I'm misunderstanding, what I have out of order so I may correct it for future newbies.A bit about what I am working towards before I get into the list; I am working to get a few small multi-family deals under my belt before scaling and getting into larger multi-unit deals.

It will help to eliminate any misunderstanding the scope of the work on the project.

Try sending a letter to where you normally send rent  explaining your desire to stay and misunderstanding with the lease renewal.  

There are numerous reasons for this including input error, seller misunderstandings all the way down to malicious intent.  

OMG lots and lots of misinformation and misunderstanding going on here!

May as well get it all spelled out, disclosed and agreed upon by all parties so there is no misunderstandings.
