Are you referring to properties in the "MarketPlace" here on BP?

If not then they're going to have to do some detective work.

The Realtor association feels that licensees have an unfair advantage in the marketplace and buying homes off-market at a discount is often construed as taking advantage of the public. 

@Brandon Stewarwt we have the marketplace forum for people to post deals. 

I intend to make a post in the marketplace once I figure out the best way to go about it.

Bigger Pockets Market place is a great source to find a lender that will take you through the process of starting business lines of credit

I recommend setting up keyword alerts for each area as they are discussed in the forums daily with advertisements posted in the BiggerPockets marketplace hourly.

Not familiar with the San Antonio market, but I would recommend getting on MLS, craigslist, and FB marketplace and get an understanding of where in the city a lot of the flips, new development, and rentals are.

They are like an Amazon market place trying to sell listings.
