You may also want to consider buying this as a primary and living in it for a year.

I am sorry Mendy, but QuickBooks has a bank feed as you know that brings each credit card transaction in automatically.

I currently live in chanhassen but own rentals and have a few flips going in the rochester area.

If you aren't going to be living in Texas then it would be tough to do a house hack there.
