As a principal in a real estate investment and development group over the past 10 years, I've been responsible for overall leadership, growth, direction, cash management and strategic planning for a number of real estate projects, and I know how to maximize positive outcomes for all of the parties involved in the transaction.

It's best to have the client ALSO on the lookout for hot properties so there are two eyes searching instead of one - and the agent has lots of people he's searching for, so if you are not already a client, you might be lower on the totem pole of his priorities.How many listing are you having to look at every day?  

This does not happen over night, and is indicative of systemic leadership issues.

I have a full time job in IT leadership which I’m not planning to leave anytime soon.  

I'm an agent at the Keller Williams in downtown Royal Oak, where I serve on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) and as the chairman of the Technology Committee.
